If you prefer group settings, you might be interested in The Change Your Story Workshop. The 9 week holistic program is a strategic combination of faith and science, with wisdom gained from “years in the wilderness.” In addition to using CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational coaching, Kirstin draws upon her acting and writing background, teaching participants how to set clear intentions, redefine conflict, discover hidden potential, and experience success. Participants are able to break free from addictions and faulty mindsets. They leave with renewed confidence and strategies, ready to embrace life. (Live/online workshop held in Zoom meetings with 4-14 participants.)

Whether in a group setting or individual sessions, Kirstin provides clients with the tools it takes, to live in the Freedom God provides.
